The SEFI (Service de l'Emploi, de la Formation professionnelle et de l'Insertion) is the Department of Employment, Training and Professional Insertion under the authority of the Ministry of Employment and Professional Training. It is the main operator for employement in French Polynesia. The 76-person team at the employment service uses a 4D-based application to manage job seekers files, employers, job opportunities, training and integration measures and monitoring. The allowances to beneficiaries, aid measures and reimbursements to employers are supported by the accounting part of the application which generates statistical reports daily. Users may consult the offers and update their data on interactive terminals connected to the application.
