By joining the Federation of Butchers and Meat Trades of Paris and the Paris Region (Fédération de la Boucherie et des Métiers de la Viande de Paris et Région Parisienne), butchers have access to a range of services set at a national level by a single organization, the French Confederation of Butchers (CFBCT - Confédération Française de la Boucherie Charcuterie Traiteur), based on its departmental offices. A 4D-based application created by Odyscom allows the management of members and delegates, their annual dues and their participation in various events hosted by the federation. The application also helps to recruit butchers and to manage the Gaborep cooperative, which is managed by the federation for its artisans.
